President & Founder
Brigadier C. Sandeep Kumar, VSM, commissioned into the Maratha Light Infantry in 1980, has extensive experience in counter-insurgency and border operations across India’s key theatres. A veteran of Operation VIJAY, he was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal for distinguished service. He has held several command, instructional, and staff roles, including in the Siachen and North East regions, and later served as DDG, NCC Directorate (Kerala & Lakshadweep). Post-retirement, he actively contributes to community development and environmental initiatives in Bangalore.

Guru Sowle is a Chartered Accountant and global finance strategist with extensive experience across Big 4 firms and international consulting. He advises startups and supports businesses entering U.S. capital markets. Currently, he also serves as International Adviser for India at the Utah World Trade Center. His work bridges global trade, investment, and strategic policy collaboration between India and the U.S.
